Where Do You Live?

Postby abwal » Sun Apr 27, 2008 9:21 am

To obtain relevant advice, it is important that members state their location. If there is hesitation in stating city or town, then at least the general area should be stated. This is done under 'Location'.

Hi Silky Frog and welcome to the forum - you can add this information in your profile and it really does help!
“Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian, wine and tarragon
make it French, sour cream makes it Russian, lemon and
cinnamon make it Greek, soya sauce makes it Chinese, Garlic
makes it good.” Alice May Brock, Alice’s Restaurant Cookbook.

Silky Frog and Jodie123, if you click on 'User Control Panel' above and then choose 'Profile', you can enter your location so it will appear each time you post on the forum. You will find this will help members to be able to give the correct advice for your area.

I hope you will enjoy the forum and make lots of new friends.

Kym, if you put your location into your profile, under User Control Panel - top left hand corner of the page - then it will show up every time you post, and that makes it easier for people to know what area you are in when you post a message, especially if you are asking for advice.
