I live in the Barossa Valley (SA). A beautiful place for gardening, if you have water! I am fortunate that we have big rinwter tanks and a well in the back yard. Having recently moved from Darwin (NT) I am more experience in tropical gardening, but am getting there.

Chrisval7, Welcome. Sounds as if you will need to do some re-learning in your garden. Now you will be able to grow all those great plants you could not grow before. Enjoy.

Hi there , I went onto taps talk for woodcarving but as usual I find myself back at gardening:)
My passion. I'm from Amanzimtoti, near Durban in SA.
I'm interested in ALL gardening, My dogs half kill the front so my back yard is out of bounds and that's where I can do all my gardening.
We're very fortunate here as Mother Nature plays her part and assists when I grow/plant.
Cheers
