my Gladiolis

I have just lifted my Gladiolis because they were getting to much shade. When I dug them out I found all these baby's and not really sure what to do with them. Should I remove them and discard them or would they be ok to give away. I have 30 odd bulbs and all have many little ones. Can some one tell me what I should be doing with them? I know it's still to early to replant the bulbs so will store them in a dark spot till it's time to replant.

They will grow into the big bulbs but will take a few years to do so. If you have a spot in your garden you could plant them there and leave them to grow.

Thanks tam I do have a spot down by my front gate where they would be left alone so might try that as well as give some away to anyone that doesn't need instant colour. They are beautiful flowers most are by coloured.

Unfortunately where I planted them they were not getting quite enough sun and the stakes I bought were not the right ones, the glads kept leaning over so this year bigger stronger stakes I think. Yes they are lovely looked very nice in a vase to.
