I have grevillea superb in the garden and this winter the frosts have been bad. (new to the area and wasn't expecting -2) Some of my grevilleas are fine but a couple that look a bit sad and have what appear to be cracks on the trunks. The are all 2 to 3 years old. we are in Williams western australia

Don't do anything to them until frost danger is over, then you may have to give them a trim.

I lost all of mine this year granted they were young plants but like you we were not expecting minus 4 on a regular basis. Also the neighbour decided to put a mob of sheep in the paddock next to our house and they had a great feed so I have decided not to grow anything along that side of our property any more. Good luck with yours.
