Spaghetti Squash

Postby karyn » Mon Jan 21, 2013 7:09 pm

I have one plant, it's gone mad. Today I picked a large one, but didn't google them first so it was still green. I think I've mucked up, does anyone know if it will ripen after it's picked?

It's sort of going yellowish, but a bit soft. I think the compost will get it. Never mind, plenty more on the triffid...every day it grows another few metres, it seems. Must have its roots in the composted chicken poo trenches I made for the tomatoes! Hopefully they'll ripen on the vine, we've had a bit of a hit and miss summer so far!
