Gardening Diary

Postby Forum_mod » Wed Mar 05, 2003 5:00 pm

I was wondering if there was a complete gardener\'s diary available that already has the necessary things to do in each month. For example, if I wanted to do Impatiens cuttings, it could tell me the best time to do it, or when to prune certain plants, etc.
I am from Western Australia. Many thanks for all your past and future help, Andrea Cousins.

I haven\'t seen a reply for you so this may be of some help.

I have a very good book - Better Homes and Gardens \'The Year-Round Garnener\'published by Murdoch Books, 213 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Editor is Stirling Macoboy, a well known name in Australian Gardening.

For each month it features a Garden Watch, Planting Guide, Pest of the Month, Whats in flower and other gardening notes.

Readers Digest also publish some excellent gardening reference books of which I have quite a few.

I find it excellent.
