That's great Rose Lover, I'm not fond of colourbond at all. Looks "built-up"/ bulky and unnatural. No offence to those who like them though! :)

Look lovely and very natural, Roselover. We made our retaining wall ourselves with sandstone blocks. It cost us in materials only as we did it ourselves. As you said, it took time and painful process as it seems never ending job. Now it is finished and we can enjoy the result. I can't justify the amount the landscaper quoted us to make the same retaining wall. Just unbelieveable the money they trying to make :shock: :shock:
