Yes Tilly it is about 100acres all up, the house sits on probably just over half an acre of this, we grow crops on about 30 acres and the rest is out back scrub that joins to a creek, the front field has about 200metres of river frontage, would be lovely if we could build there one day :)[/quote]

What crops do u grow on your property Daff, if you don't mind me asking? River frontage would be lovely!!!

we usually have lucerne but with the restrictions we have plantes oaten hay on most of it, the front is lucerne and we have a few sheep grazing on that so im not sure if it will come back. the river frontage is lovely, i dont go down there much in winter though bbbrrrrr
