You know how when you're out weeding and you have those ideas pop into your head out of the blue? Well this entry is the result of one of those times. It IS edible, so what the heck?! :D

No, but I used them once to make Dolmades, instead of grape vine leaves, simply because that was all I had on hand. They gave it a slightly peppery taste.

Pam I just "love" the whole scene...trees; fence; plant container; chain..it all looks great...very australian bush look!!

That's beautiful, Pam. :D Lovely rustic feel-just love that chain =p~ .
and the leaves are nice to eat. very peppery when raw, but the flowers look great in salads too. (also edible).
