Here is my first rose of the season, have no idea what it is, but since taking this photo about a week ago the bush is covered in masses of flowers and buds.

Doesn't feel too warm at the moment!!

We are just outside Toowoomba and are having a cold, wet snap!

I am not complaining and neither is my garden....

What abeauty TheE . Glowing ! I only pruned mine last weekend and noticed that along with just starting to get some leaf showing Mary Rose had tiny little buds . Next year I am DEF pulling out my Delbards and replacing them if they don't do something this year .

Someone else who saw it said the same thing, she had them in her wedding bouquet.

I googled to find out more cos I would love to identify it, but it is one rose there is not much on!

These blooms are about 10cm across when fully open.

They don't have much of a perfume.

The bush is well over a meter tall and very bushy and wide?

Does it sound right?

I could post some more photos to help id it.
