Wildcat Roses

Postby DawBren » Fri Aug 23, 2013 3:01 am

I have recently planted 10 'Wildcat' Floribunda Roses (bare root) which is the beginnings of my 'front' garden bed of our new home/property. I've planted them in a straight line as I want to put other plants either side but still choosing what will work best. They are such a striking bold colour. I hope I do them proud - nurturing wise - and they bloom profusely as time goes on.

I recieved one of these roses free with my Treloars order this year. I'd be interested to hear how your planting goes, I haven't yet decided where to put mine as the colour is very bright, so it doesn't fit in my rose garden which is mostly David Austins and old roses. I think it needs to be in the mixed borders somewhere.
