Feijoas

Postby Chrysanth » Wed Apr 16, 2008 9:59 pm

We have lots of feijoa fruit at the moment. We are eating it fresh and I will make some jars of feijoa jelly to store away, but does anyone know what else can be done with them?

My husband brought back some feijoa chocolate on his last trip to New Zealand, delicious but quite expensive, about $6 for a small block probably 75g. I'm going to experiment with our next crop and see what I come up with. Or if anyone has a recipe please let me know.
