Is this a fraxinus graffithi?

Postby Melpar40 » Wed Oct 30, 2013 11:20 am

Hi

I bought this tree at bunnings. It was labelled as a fraxinus graffithi but now I'm not so sure.

Can anyone help me identify it as it is not doing so well and I'd like to do some research on how to look after it.

Thx in advance :)

It is a fraxinus, have you had bad frosts lately?

Hi, thx for your quick response.

I'm in Sydney, we've had hot, dry, wild winds lately. I have been watering it daily.

Looks like it's leaves are always curled and now I've noticed they're turning yellow.

Any suggestions?

Too much water? Maybe a deep watering once a week.
