Bug I.D. please.

Bug I.D. please.

I have found a number of these little critters on my cucumber and tomato plants. Any ideas what they are?

It looks a bit like the larval stage of a ladybird but I'm not sure.

I also think they are the baby ladybirds. Don't kill them.

Thanks for your replies. I believe you are exactly right. It makes sense, as my cucumber are loaded with yellow lady bugs.
