It's very hard with eucalypts, you need flowers fruit and leaves really, unless someone knows that particular species well.

Looking at the leaves I'm not even sure it is a euc. Could be an acacia.
A close up would be good.

I'll post closer pics today, hard to get too as the tree goes into the neighbours yard and not ours.

It's huge! Looking at the bark on the trunk - it might be a leptospermum laevigatum. Coastal teatree.
The foliage seems to be feathery. :?:
