CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IDENTIFY WHAT IS AFFECTING MY TREE.
I have a Plane Tree that was planted a number of years ago by the original owner of my house. I have a disease of some sort that I cannot identify. Is anyone familiar with this and can tell me what it is? See photo. There is something causing bubbles on the bark of some branches which in turn is causing the leaves to curl slightly.

Hello JJCPerth. Are you 100% sure that is a Plane Tree and not a Liquid Amber?

The bark looks very similar to some of my Liquid Amber trees, specially selected for this bark formation.
The tree could be suffering from the lack of rain/water this summer.

If it is a Plane tree...sorry, no idea.
