2 x ID request

Hi, new to this forum and wish for some help in id the two attached trees.
Live in north Brisbane, new to gardening and wish to either keep them or rip them out and plant something new and nice.

The second one is acalpha. It is often used for hedges.
Gardening is sharing.

Hi Saidey,
the first one is a Broad-leaf pepper tree (Schinus terebinthifolius) - quite invasive.
good to get rid of it. The birds spread it. :)

Thanks guys, you are amazing appreciate the help. It's a long slow process but I'm remmvjng the first one from everywhere. It's just everywhere and has grown between other plants, argh annoying.

If something grows like that you can be sure it is a weed. :D
