The expansive waters of Moreton Bay provide a glorious backdrop to a contemporary Aboriginal dining experience.
On Saturday 7 November, The Little Ship Club welcomes Dale Chapman, Queensland's only acclaimed Aboriginal chef when she cooks with community taking traditional recipes using fish, fruit, berries, eugaries and other seasonal foods to create a meal for the contemporary palate.
Join the island community as they share food traditions, stories and recipes from the bay.
Ferry departs the Gold Cat Stradbroke Flyer terminal at the end of Middle Street Cleveland, (Blue and Yellow office) at 4pm and 5pm and returns at 9.30pm.

We're going along to try and find more things to do with the food we grow, especially the lemon myrtle, and also to find other things to grow that we can use in the kitchen.
