identifying olive varieties

Postby lucylu » Sat Apr 14, 2012 10:23 pm

Hi all

I have been raiding the local parks and foraging for olives. I have some in brine and am salting others.

I have no idea what varieties they are and would like to know - they all look basically the same to me, only different in size. Can anyone help with a good online reference? or book? thanks :)
