Here in Luckyland we are eating the following....

Asparagus
Rainbow Chard
Parsley
Chives
Last of the brocoli
Spring onions
Bok Choy
Lettuce
Bloomsdale spinach



What's growing to be eaten?????

carrots
beetroot
blue lake beans
peas (snow)
bunching shallots
cabbages
broccoli
Rhubarb
strawberries
spring onions
garlic
capsicums
leeks
tomatoes
chillies
lettuces (3 varieties..could be 4)
egg plant
radishes

Having more asparagus for tea tonight :P

I have been really working at replenishing the soil for the spring sowing and summer harvest.

Still want to plant the following though Pokie.

corn
butter beans
cucumbers
pumkins
summer button squash

And some I can't remember......

Garden is starting to look FAB TAB

That is my brooder Bonnie..... she is a silky bantam and a great mum, I can handle her chicks and her any time.


This is Cadbury one of my 3 bunnies who helps to grow my vegies.... and also worms love buny poo so its fed to my 2 worm farms.
