Hi all! I have a good crop of tomatillos that I have just harvested - wondering if anyone has some good ideas for using them - recipes, etc. TIA, from Mandy

:? Mandy, do you mean Tamarillos? If so, I think you can make jam from them. I like them as they are. I will see if I have any recipes

Hi Mandy, you learn something everyday :o . I have only ever known this fruit as Cape Gooseberry and I love eating them! I have an elderly Aunt that used to grow them so she may know some recipes. Probably too late now, but ready for the next crop.

Sorry Mandy, same plant different variety. It looks like lots of salsa for you as your plant originated in Mexico. :(
