2 1/2 acres of pure bliss just outside Maleny.

Dam, rainforest, orchard, vege garden, and it's ours. :D :D :D :D

I am. The beauty of it is that all the major stuff has been done. All I need to do is tweak it a bit and add my own touches.

Some, but very gentle.

You will HAVE to visit. :D

In fact you are all welcome to call in. Out of staters take note, a fully self contained guest suite is attached to the shed.

So is a move imminent, or is it a long-term project?

I bet you'll be sorry to see the end of your current neighbours. lol

Not for a few months yet. We have to get this place ready to put on the market first.
The offending neighbour has been pretty quiet since his wife , the witch, did a runner.

*Gulp* Is that a tiny CREEK running through there?

It's certainly an improvement on our pre-purchase pics all those years ago. lol

It's the overflow from the dam. They told us it only runs a few months of the year. It just looks like a dry creek bed ATM but it links up with dams on surrounding properties when it flows.

Honestly the whole place is so perfect I can't believe it.
All that needs doing is making the house larger and adding some flowering natives.

I'm thinking that I might have a bit of an open day for anyone who is interested to come and take cuttings etc before we move. There's so much here that I can't take and I have no idea if the new owners will even want it.

If i do, who would be interested?
